I found out about Baan Smile through their YouTube channel. I contacted them when I realized I needed to get a 60 day visa in my own country, USA, before arriving in Thailand. I had less than two weeks to accomplish this. I filled out the application on their website and received an email from Eric, promptly. He told me what I needed to send him and kept me informed. He quickly responded to every email, and I sent a lot. I was very pleased with their service and will contact them when I do my visa extension.
