At Baan Smile, we require a one-time fee for our concierge and personal assistant services. This fee is due at the beginning of the engagement period and covers a fixed duration as specified. We offer different engagement periods to suit your needs.
We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel or shorten your engagement with us. In such cases, we offer pro-rated refunds based on the remaining duration of your engagement period.
Please note that the one-time engagement fee is non-refundable. Refunds will only be provided for the remaining duration of the engagement period beyond the cancellation date.
While our one-time engagement fee covers our services, it does not include any additional expenses. Any expenses beyond the engagement fee, such as transportation, accommodation, meals, or any other incurred costs, are the responsibility of the customer.
Before incurring any additional expenses on your behalf, we will advise you of the cost and obtain your consent. Baan Smile will not pay expenses on behalf of the customer unless there is a prior agreement.
While we strive to provide the best recommendations and advice to our customers, Baan Smile is not liable for any expenses incurred by the customer as a result of following our recommendations or advice. It is up to the customer to make an informed decision regarding their expenses.
For your own peace of mind, we strongly recommend that all customers have their own travel or health insurance. Baan Smile does not provide insurance coverage and will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your engagement period.
