City Helper Terms of Service

We are delighted to provide you with our "City Helpers" Service, designed to enhance your travel experience in Thailand. These terms of service outline the details and expectations regarding the hiring of our "City Helpers". Please read this document carefully before booking your service.

1. Booking in Advance:

To ensure you receive the best possible "City Helpers" service, we recommend booking “City Helpers” service no earlier than 60 days in advance. This allows us to secure the most suitable City Helpers for your specific needs and preferences.

2. Refund for Unavailable City Helpers:

While we make every effort to accommodate your booking, there may be rare instances when your selected City Helpers is not available on the specified date. In such cases, Thai Kru Company is committed to providing a refund as follows:

  • If your selected City Helpers is unavailable for your booked date of service, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.
  • You will have the option to reschedule your service with another available City Helpers or request a refund.
  • If you choose to request a refund, we will process it within 7 business days from the date of your request. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

3. Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund in the case of an unavailable City Helpers, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The booking was made at least 60 days in advance of the service date.
  • The unavailability of the City Helpers is confirmed by Thai Kru.
  • Your request for a refund is made within a reasonable time frame following notification of unavailability.

We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all our customers. While engaging our “City Helpers”, we expect customers to adhere to the following behavioral guidelines:

  • Treat the “City Helpers” and local culture with respect.
  • Comply with any relevant local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude during the service.

6. Limitations of Liability:

Please note that Thai Kru Company is not responsible for any activities conducted outside the scope of the normal activities of a “City Helpers”. While our “City Helpers” are knowledgeable and experienced, any activities or decisions undertaken independently by the customer are done so at their own risk.

7. Cost Responsibility for Activities with City Helpers:

When booking a City Helpers through our service, it's important to understand the financial responsibilities associated with engaging in activities during your guided tour. While our City Helpers are knowledgeable and dedicated to providing you with an enriching experience, there may be additional costs incurred during the course of these activities.

  • Activity Costs: Please be aware that certain activities, excursions, or experiences you choose to participate in during the city tour may have associated fees. These can include entrance tickets to attractions, transportation fees, and any other expenses specific to the chosen activity.

  • City Helpers Expenses: In addition to covering your own expenses, it's important to note that you are responsible for the City Helpers' expenses related to the activity. This may include their admission fees, meals, and any other costs they incur while accompanying you.

8. Amendments to the Refund Policy:

Thai Kru Company reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at its discretion. Any changes to the policy will be updated on our website, and customers will be informed of significant updates.
