Categories of LTR Visa

Wealthy Pensioners should be retirees aged 50 years or older with a personal income of at least USD 80,000 a year or a minimum investment of USD 250,000. Work-From-Thailand Professionals should have an annual income of at least USD 80,000 for the past two years or an annual income ranging between USD 40,000 and USD 80,000 with additional qualifications. Highly-Skilled Professionals should have an annual income of at least USD 80,000 for the past two years or an annual income ranging between USD 40,000 and USD 80,000 with additional qualifications.

Spouses and Dependents

Spouses and children under 20 years of age can be included as dependents in the LTR Visa application. However, same-sex marriage or partnerships are currently not recognized under Thai Law. Children will only be eligible as dependents until they reach 20 years of age.
